"Every drawing is a drawing lesson, where the grumpy ‘teacher’ me and the not-exactly-bright student me struggle shoulder to shoulder in one body over the piece of paper. We blame each other when things go wrong. But when we agree that it is done alright, we both happily relax. 

I don’t think we near perfection in this endlessly repeating loop, but, nevertheless, we, the I, never give up…"
