Dominika will be performing virtuosic baroque pieces by Italian composers Corelli and Bonporti, followed by Bach’s magical D minor solo violin Partita featuring the celebrated Chaconne. She will be joined by harpsichordist Benedict Williams and the Bonporti Ensemble, a small orchestra made up of her friends.

Hungarian violinist Dominika Fehér is a sought-after performer, specialising mainly in historically informed performance practice of music of the 17th to 19th centuries. Dominika has appeared at the BBC Proms on several occasions, and has been broadcast live as soloist in Dittersdorf’s Double Violin Concerto on BBC Radio 3. Her other solo performances include works by Vivaldi, Mozart, Piazzolla, Schnittke and Malcolm Arnold. She has recorded for Signum Classics, Resonus Classics, and Convivium Records.
Working with leading ensembles the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, The English Baroque Soloists, the Academy of Ancient Music, Early Opera Company, and The Kings Consort, she has toured the world extensively. She has performed at the Royal Albert Hall, Wigmore Hall, Royal Opera House Covent Garden, Royal Festival Hall in London, Carnegie Hall in New York, La Scala in Milan, and the National Centre For the Performing Arts in Beijing.
